From a field observation to a structured agent task
How a spoken site observation becomes a structured case with location, photos and follow-up, so agents can prepare the next steps within workspace permissions.

Work rarely starts at a desk. It starts on site: an entrance, a plant floor, a corridor where something needs attention. AiAx Business brings those conversations to iPhone. You speak or write while the detail is in front of you, attach the evidence, and start the follow-up from one place.
A concrete illustration
On a site visit you open AiAx Business and say:
Log the leak above the entrance. I am adding two photos.
The point is to create a useful record for the facilities team instead of leaving the observation in a camera roll. Typical fields that get logged:
- Location - above the entrance (and any building or site context you add)
- Observation - the leak
- Photos - the two images added with the note
- Requested follow-up - a useful record for the facilities team
The agent prepares the follow-up within the permissions set for the workspace. Actions that require approval return to the responsible person.
Illustrative workflow using sample information.
The loop in four beats
- Observe - say what you see, add photos, name the place and the follow-up you need.
- Structure - log location, observation, photos and requested follow-up as one case.
- Act - agents pick up the logged case and prepare the next questions or actions inside approved business context.
- Review - continue on phone or in Workspace and review what needs your decision.
The useful shift is simple: from a voice note on site to a case the team can continue with enough context attached.
