Terms of service
These terms govern the use of aiaxagents.ai. If your organisation has a signed agreement with AiAx, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ. Each section starts with a plain-language summary.
01The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you, the organisation that gave you access, and AiAx (“we”). By signing in or using the service you accept them.
Most customers use AiAx under a separate written agreement (for example a design-partner or pilot agreement). Where that agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement applies.
02The service
AiAx provides AI-led interviews of an organisation's employees and turns what it learns into process maps, a system landscape and a knowledge base the organisation owns.
The product is under active development. Some surfaces are explicitly marked as concept previews — they show where the product is heading and do not process live organisational data. We may improve, change or retire features as the product evolves.
03Accounts and access
Access requires an account through a supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself and for activity under your account.
Your organisation's administrators control who has access and in which role, and can revoke access at any time.
04Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain access beyond your role, probe or disrupt its security, or use it to harass others.
You may not resell or white-label the service without a partner agreement. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service while we investigate.
05Your data and intellectual property
The organisation that engaged AiAx owns the data it brings and the outputs produced from it — transcripts, process maps, the system landscape and the knowledge base. The outputs are portable: they are designed to be exportable and usable outside AiAx.
We own the platform, its software and design. You receive the access rights described in your plan, not a licence to the platform itself.
06AI-generated content
Interviews, transcripts, maps and analyses are produced with AI assistance and can contain errors or omissions. Review outputs before relying on them for decisions.
Interview transcripts are published to the organisation only after the interviewee has reviewed and approved them. Interviewees may decline or stop interviews at any time.
07Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation — we are in a design-partner phase and say so openly.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms; for material changes we give notice through the service or to your organisation's administrators before they take effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
You may stop using the service at any time; your organisation's agreement governs its termination rights. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
